ソリューションアーキテクト/ Solution Architect

An international data transformation solutions company is looking for a Japan Solution Architect. The selected candidate will design data migration solutions and support pre-sales engagements for SAP transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Define data migration solutions aligned with the customer's business goals and offerings
• Provide expert guidance on cutover strategies and data transformation best practices
• Collaborate with sales teams to qualify opportunities and support proposal development
• Develop solution frameworks integrating tools within migration strategies
• Deliver presentations and demos to technical and business stakeholders
• Build trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams by documenting solution designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of consulting experience in transformation projects
• Prior experience in pre-sales, SAP transformation, or data migration delivery
• Experience in software sales, functional SAP delivery (SAP MM Consultant), competitive analysis
• Skilled in SAP data models, data architecture diagrams, costing and pricing, and ROI-based proposals
• Ability to collaborate across sales, delivery, and product teams
• Bilingual level Japanese and English
