IoTリードアーキテクト/ IoT Lead Architect

A global IT business services company is seeking an IoT Lead Architect. The selected candidate will lead hardware development initiatives, from design to evaluation, in collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical needs and requirements
• Review and update technologies for microcontroller and hardware component replacements
• Select replacement parts for EOL components and suggest cost-saving measures
• Design and evaluate circuit diagrams and release final products
• Define and document the technical architecture and mitigate technical risks
• Conduct certification assessments and coordinate with relevant teams
• Perform test evaluations and create reports at the client lab

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of experience in hardware development and product design
• Proven experience in vendor and supplier coordination
• Proficient in analogue circuit design, high-speed and mixed-signal systems, and use of design tools (Cadence, Allegro)
• Ability and willingness to work with global teams and coordinate across hardware, firmware, mechanical, and test functions
• Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Conversational level Japanese (JLPT N4+); advanced level English
