ソリューションエンジニア/ Solution Engineer

A multinational software solutions company is looking for a Solution Engineer. The selected candidate will provide technical expertise and support the sales team in delivering optimal solutions for customer challenges. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales to understand customer needs and propose optimal technical solutions
• Create and deliver product introduction materials and demos to showcase product advantages
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers for successful implementation
• Offer feedback to internal teams on enhancements that benefit customers and drive revenue
• Support customers during evaluation and Proof of Concept (PoC) phases
• Research industry trends and share technical insights through webinars and public engagements

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience developing software using C++
• Prior experience in creating, customising, and delivering presentations
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Skilled in leading meetings and facilitating projects
• Strong business mindset and market awareness
• Native level Japanese; business level English
