シニアカスタマーサクセスマネージャー/ Senior Customer Success Manager

An international software company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager. The chosen applicant will manage enterprise customer accounts, driving retention, renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, business reviews, project success, and ongoing account management
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and economic buyers within enterprise accounts
• Understand customer business priorities and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions
• Proactively manage account health, identify risks, and maximise customer value realisation and platform adoption
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support
• Drive contract renewals, account expansion, and long-term customer retention strategies
• Promote broader adoption of products and services within existing customer environments

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Project Management within enterprise environments (Fortune 500 experience is preferred)
• Proven experience managing renewals and driving account expansion opportunities
• Project management experience
• Strong consultative communication skills with experience leading ROI and value-based discussions
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with HTML and CSS within web applications
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven approach with strong process management and customer engagement tracking skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English
