Retail Sales Vice President

A multinational asset management firm is looking for a Vice President of Retail Sales. The selected candidate will drive wholesale business growth, manage distributor relationships, and lead product initiatives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute wholesale distribution strategies and client servicing models
• Drive sales, AUM, and revenue growth in the wholesale business
• Implement sales strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor by demonstrating strong investment knowledge
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to create impactful materials
• Build industry relationships to stay ahead of market trends
• Represent wholesale business in internal and external senior-level forums
• Gather client feedback and coordinate with internal departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Fund sales and marketing experience in Japan preferred
• Proven knowledge of investment processes, markets, products, and regulations
• Prior AS retail sales background
• Strong project management and marketing skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
