A global financial services company is looking for a Client Services – Structured Trust & Agency professional. The selected candidate will manage trust and agency operations, monitor compliance, and coordinate financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for multiple trust and agency deals
• Monitor trust assets and ensure compliance with contracts and covenants
• Calculate and process scheduled cash distributions
• Coordinate amendments, corporate actions, and investor notifications
• Prepare financial reports including balance sheets and P&L statements
• Ensure adherence to Japanese regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in loan servicing, trustee/agent roles, or structured finance operations
• Experience at a trust bank, loan servicer, or structured finance department at a financial institution is idea
• Knowledge of securitisation structures or project finance
• Understanding of trust accounting or basic bookkeeping
• Knowledge of Japanese trust law and financial regulatory environment is advantageous
• Possess valid Nissho Boki level 3+ is ideal
• Proficient in Japanese and English
