クライアントサービスアソシエイト/ Client Services Associate

A global investment management firm is looking for a Client Services Associate. The selected candidate will deliver premium service to institutional and intermediary clients through onboarding, issue resolution, and process coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality service to retail and institutional clients
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, and reviews with internal and offshore teams
• Manage client contracts and amendments across relevant teams
• Prepare and review client reports, marketing materials, and notices
• Handle inquiries and complaints professionally and escalate risks as needed
• Ensure accurate client data using KYC and CRM systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (business or finance is ideal)
• 2-4 years of experience in client services/ sales support in investment or asset management is preferred
• Experience in the banking industry is a plus
• Prior experience in AML/KYC related tasks is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level Japanese; proficient in English
