プロダクトリード/ Product Lead

A global fintech company is looking for a Product Lead. The selected candidate will drive Japan’s payments strategy, product roadmap, partnerships, and market localisation.

Responsibilities:

• Define the payments strategy, GTM plan, and product roadmap for Japan
• Launch and scale local collections, payouts, multi-currency accounts, and card issuance capabilities
• Identify gaps, trends, and growth opportunities in Japan’s payments ecosystem
• Build partnerships with banks, payment networks, and infrastructure providers
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to align products with Japanese regulations
• Support enterprise client onboarding and represent the company in Japan’s fintech market

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in payments, fintech, financial infrastructure, payment networks, strategy, or related domain
• Experience building or launching payments products, platforms, market expansions, or financial services capabilities
• Prior experience working with banks, payment networks, or financial infrastructure partners
• Knowledge of the Japanese payments ecosystem
• Understanding of Japanese payment regulations and financial industry practices
• Prior commercial understanding of the payments ecosystem
• Fluent level Japanese and English
