A multinational financial services company is looking for a Regional Country Compliance Associate. The selected candidate will support regulatory inspections, handle inquiries, and maintain strong relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in regulatory inspections by coordinating with other departments
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and requests daily
• Provide advice on regulatory matters, including filings, incident reporting, and licensing applications
• Handle regulatory filing processes
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Practical experience in regulatory filing is ideal
• Experience in relationship or stakeholder management is a plus
• Background in compliance, legal, internal audit, or operations preferred
• Skilled in analytical thinking and sound judgment
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
