コンプライアンス従業員サービスアナリスト/ Compliance Employee Services Analyst

An international financial services company is looking for a Compliance, Employee Services Analyst. The selected candidate will process employee compliance matters, coordinate orientations, and support regulatory inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Process employee registration applications
• Liaise with global teams on registration-related matters
• Coordinate and deliver compliance orientation for new hires
• Provide inputs on Japan employee compliance matters such as personal trading, private investment, and outside activities
• Assist in preparing documents for regulatory inspections
• Collaborate with other divisions to improve workflows and address regulatory risks

Requirements:

• Practical experience in the financial services industry is ideal
• Prior people management experience preferred
• Ability to process work accurately and promptly
• Fluent level Japanese and English
