オペレーションアナリスト/ Operations Analyst

A multinational securities firm is looking for an Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will support daily operations and projects across Security Operations teams. This is a contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Create daily volume statistics reports
• Prepare and send client confirmations
• Input transaction data into internal systems
• Perform daily reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
• Support the creation of team performance reports
• Handle administrative tasks across Security Operations teams

Requirements:

• Experience in securities operations
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Attention to detail with a strong sense of accuracy and risk control
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level written and verbal English and Japanese
