投資アソシエイト/ Investment Associate

A global private equity company is looking for an Investment Associate. The chosen applicant will support the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluation, execution, and asset management across corporate and real estate investments.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models for real estate and corporate investments

Conduct due diligence across commercial, financial, market, and asset-level dimensions

• Draft investment committee memos and prepare materials to support internal decision-making
• Support deal execution from sourcing through closing, and occasionally assist with post-closing asset management
• Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and counterparties in both Japanese and English

Requirements:

• Real estate investment experience is highly valued; candidates from other relevant finance backgrounds with strong analytical foundations are also encouraged to apply
• More than 2 years of work experience in a real estate private equity/investment role, investment banking, or equivalent
• Strong analytical and modelling background (direct real estate investment experience, particularly in Value-Add/Opportunistic strategies, is preferred)
• Strong financial modelling and quantitative analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a dedicated, collaborative team player
• Ability to structure arguments and draft a clear, well-reasoned IC memo
• Native level Japanese; business level English
