プロダクトエンジニア/ Product Engineer

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a CAD / Product Engineer. The selected candidate will support product design, engineering documentation, testing, technical problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain engineering drawings and models
• Prepare and manage technical documentation
• Support product adaptation and engineering changes
• Review designs for quality, manufacturability and compliance
• Coordinate product testing and validation activities
• Analyse technical issues and support problem resolution
• Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Contribute to product and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company EHS requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (mechanical engineering, product design, manufacturing engineering, or related engineering is a plus)
• 3-5 years of total professional experience, including 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in product engineering, design engineering or manufacturing engineering
• Experience using CAD software for product design and engineering documentation
• Prior experience supporting product testing, validation and product lifecycle activities
• Understanding of engineering drawings, BOM management and change control processes
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in reading, written, and spoken English and Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Background in Japanese market requirements and cross-functional project teams
• Possess valid CAD certification (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or equivalent)
