R&Dエキスパート/ R&D Expert

A renowned electronics manufacturer is looking for an R&D Expert. The selected candidate will develop and optimise polishing solution formulations, resolve technical challenges, and support technology transformation. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimisation of polishing solution formulations
• Resolve client-side technical challenges and improve key performance metrics
• Support laboratory R&D and provide technical recommendations for pilot and mass production

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree or above in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a relevant domain
• More than 10 years of experience in the research and development of semiconductor CMP slurries
• Knowledge of methods for characterising the key properties of polishing solutions
• Skilled in DOE and data analysis
