プロダクトマネージャー/ Product Manager

A global medical device manufacturer is looking for a Product Manager. The selected candidate will manage the full product lifecycle, develop local strategies, and coordinate cross-functional activities to drive business success. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product lifecycle and marketing for safety equipment and related products
• Lead product launch, training, pricing, and positioning activities
• Analyse market trends and define strategic direction for key segments
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to localise manuals and promotional content
• Identify and resolve product-related issues with cross-functional teams
• Drive promotional content development and execute marketing plans with CSM teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Engineering, Chemistry or related field
• More than 3 years of experience in product management or marketing for safety, industrial, or chemical products
• Experience in new product launches, market research, pricing, and strategic planning
• Proven experience in English communication with HQ/region and online meetings
• Experience working with public sector clients
• Proficient in proofreading manuals and catalogues
• Skilled in strategic marketing, cross-functional leadership, and proactive market research
• Proficient in Japanese and English
