事業開発マネージャー/ Business Development Manager

A multinational surface finishing company is seeking a Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will develop new business opportunities, assess potential markets, build long-term customer relationships, and coordinate customer projects with headquarters and group companies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop existing and new business opportunities for transfer products, hologram foils, and graphic design applications
• Assess and access potential new markets
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Develop and coordinate ongoing and new customer projects with headquarters and group companies
• Bridge internal teams and external business opportunities to support company growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or commercial field
• More than 10 years of experience in business, including several years in a leading position, ideally in sales
• Experience working abroad and/or in a multinational company with international responsibilities
• Experience in team management and employee development
• Experience in durable consumer or consumable products in B2B
• Knowledge of sales and marketing of non-Japanese products in Japan
• Flexibility to interact between Western and Japanese cultures
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Proficient in Japanese and English
