パフォーマンスソリューションマネージャー/ Performance Solutions Manager

A global packaging machinery and services company is looking for a Performance Solutions Manager focused on service product sales. The selected candidate will manage customer accounts, identify service opportunities, coordinate technical support, and develop commercial proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage existing customer accounts through regular calls and site visits
• Assess customer satisfaction and identify further service needs
• Present quotations and negotiate service projects through completion
• Analyse production performance and recommend productivity solutions
• Coordinate urgent customer requests with technical and service teams
• Maintain CRM records, prepare ROI analyses, and complete sales administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (technical field or related to Packaging and Printing is a plus)
• 5-10 years of experience in service sales or machinery equipment
• Experience of working with a CRM such as Salesforce
• Prior experience in making hotel and travel arrangements, visa, work permit, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with machinery and/or the packaging industry sales
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Understanding of the Packaging Industry
• Familiarity with the Printing and Converting Industry
