セールスエンジニア/ Sales Engineer

A renowned manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Engineer. The selected candidate will drive product sales, expand distribution channels, provide technical support, and strengthen long-term customer relationships in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sales plans aligned with corporate and local business objectives
• Present product advantages and technical benefits to customers
• Accelerate order acquisition through effective product proposals
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and market coverage
• Expand sales and distribution channels through technical consultation
• Develop sustainable customer relationships and encourage product adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in mechanical engineer
• More than 5 years of experience in sales and technical support or quality control of mechanical components (power transmission products at non-Japanese companies or trading company of machine parts)
• Prior contact experience to Japanese machinery OEMs, and good communicator in direct customer contacts with key accounts
• Proven experience in international business and bridging cultural differences
• Excellent new customer development skills
• Native level Japanese; business level English and German
