インサイドセールス/ Inside Sales
A multinational electronics solutions company is seeking an Inside Sales professional. The selected candidate will engage with customers, develop new business, and support sales strategy through data analysis and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide initial product selection support and address technical questions
- Propose relevant products based on purchase history
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and identify business opportunities
- Handle order errors, delivery delays, and product defects in coordination with internal teams
- Collect, report, and analyse sales data to support strategic planning
- Coordinate with marketing and share information with field sales and technical teams
- Communicate with global headquarters through emails and meetings in English
Requirements:
- Experience in B2B sales (Inside Sales experience preferred)
- Knowledge of electronic components or semiconductor industry is a plus
- Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce) and Excel
- Proficient in written and verbal English
