販売コーディネーター/ Sales Coordinator

A multinational motion control manufacturer is looking for a Sales Coordinator. The selected candidate will support customer service, order processing, and internal coordination to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales orders and delivery schedules for assigned customers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents using SAP
• Respond to inquiries and act as the contact point for domestic and overseas clients
• Collaborate with sales account managers and internal teams to ensure operational efficiency
• Contribute to improvements in the sales transaction process, including pricing and recordkeeping
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, mailing, and visitor support

Requirements:

• Junior college or above
• More than 2 years of experience in sales administration
• Practical experience in order placement
• Experience in import/export operations or overseas coordination
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP)
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; conversational level English (TOEIC 650+)
