プロジェクトマネージャー/ Project Manager

A multinational sorting and recycling solutions company is seeking a Customer Project Manager. The selected candidate will manage customer projects from initiation to closure, ensuring technical, commercial, and organisational success while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute customer projects in metal and waste recycling, ensuring compliance with established procedures
• Review sales inputs and contract details while coordinating internal projects using relevant software
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical consultancy on complex recycling plant designs
• Support the sales team and ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to customer satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and manage payment processing
• Distribute project closure reports and perform post-cost calculations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline
• Practical experience in an industrial or recycling environment (preferred)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Understanding of local perspectives and cultural nuances
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
