内部統制マネージャー/ Internal Control Manager

A global sports apparel and equipment manufacturer is looking for an Internal Control Manager. The selected candidate will oversee internal control frameworks, risk assessments, compliance processes, and control improvement initiatives across the business. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the design, implementation, documentation, and assessment of the internal control framework
• Conduct enterprise and process risk assessments and ensure effective controls across financial and operational processes
• Identify control gaps and drive improvements through process optimisation and best practices
• Maintain internal control documentation, including process narratives, control matrices, flowcharts, and testing evidence
• Develop policies and procedures and oversee remediation plans for identified control deficiencies
• Coordinate with auditors, corporate stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on compliance, control testing, audits, and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Knowledge of internal control frameworks
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
