ビジネスオペレーション＆トランスフォーメーションマネージャー/ Biz Ops & Transformation Mngr

A multinational consumer electronics company is looking for a Business Operations and Transformation Manager. The selected candidate will lead transformation initiatives and drive sales operations, analytics, and strategy improvements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the Sales Operations and Transformation team
• Lead teams across multiple countries and balance team workload and priorities
• Partner strategically with sales stakeholders to provide insights and support
• Oversee daily sales operations, analytics, and transformation functions
• Lead cross-functional improvement and change management projects
• Define, standardise, and implement best practices across the team
• Analyse sales processes and drive continuous improvement
• Develop tailored analytics solutions for sales organisation
• Execute HR cycle activities including hiring, coaching, and team development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
• More than 8 years of experience in sales, program management, account management, or transformation management roles
• Proven experience in managing transformation initiatives from start to finish
• Experience in process mapping, work instruction creation, and continuous improvement
• Strong understanding of sales processes
• Background in data analytics
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid certifications in sales operations/management
• Fluent level Japanese and English
