オートメーション担当シニアマネージャー/ Senior Manager, Automation

A renowned beverage company is looking for a Senior Manager, Automation. The selected candidate will oversee automation standards, system delivery, testing, and site implementation across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of automation system standards with internal teams and external suppliers
• Consolidate system requirements with site stakeholders
• Ensure supplier designs and solutions meet approved specifications
• Conduct factory and site acceptance testing for automation hardware and software
• Support equipment commissioning and system qualification activities
• Update technical specifications based on site learnings and technology developments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Electrical or Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a plus)
• 5-7 years of experience in the field of automation/digitisation in a manufacturing facility
• Experience in design, vendor management, FATs, SATs, system validation and startup
• Prior experience in managing global projects and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Proven experience in production line integration and other digital systems integration (WCS, MES,
  OEESPC, etc)
• Prior Software knowledge of PLC (Rockwell is ideal), HMI (Ignition is ideal)
• Understanding of machine electrical safety standard, Control Panel
• Familiarity with OT cyber security requirements and network segmentation design, Equipment connectivity protocols, robotics, Drives, Vision systems, etc.
