サービスエンジニア/ Service Engineer

A machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Service Engineer (Service Specialist), Aftersales Department. The selected candidate will provide technical support, training, maintenance services, product improvement feedback, and dealer support to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dealers and customers
• Support parts inquiries and explain technical solutions clearly and effectively
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders
• Evaluate dealer service capabilities and deliver technical and operational training
• Perform inspections, repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on machinery
• Manage service documentation, work orders, product improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in product demonstration
• Prior construction and/or industrial experience

Preferred requirements:

• Prior training experience
