FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A global luxury lifestyle brand is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, cost management, retail performance analysis, and continuous improvement across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A activities and provide financial insights to support management decision-making
• Partner with finance and cross-functional teams on business planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Monitor OPEX, capital expenditure, balance sheet items, and key risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with retail leadership to improve store profitability and coordinate physical inventory
• Analyse gross margin, COGS, markdowns, damaged goods provisions, and key financial metrics
• Manage global financial reporting, support audits, improve FP&A processes, and coach the commercial finance analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance is ideal
• 3-5 years of FP&A experience (retail company is a plus)
• Understanding of General Accounting principles
• Possess valid authorisation to work in Japan
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
