ファンドオペレーションズアナリスト/ Fund Operations Analyst

A multinational financial services company is looking for a Fund Operations Analyst. The selected candidate will support fund operations by managing reconciliations, validating NAV calculations, monitoring operational events, preparing reports, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Support the reconciliation of trades, positions, and cash across multiple asset classes
• Validate daily and monthly NAV calculations and investor allocations
• Monitor and process corporate actions, trade settlements, and operational events
• Prepare operational, regulatory, and fund performance reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in fund operations within investment management or financial services
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial data and systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Knowledge of Excel Macros
