FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

A renowned entertainment company is looking for an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will manage financial planning, performance analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support business decisions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect financial and operational information
• Partner with business teams to identify challenges and support improvement initiatives
• Manage divisional P&Ls, forecasts, and budget-versus-actual analysis
• Consolidate, analyse, and report financial data
• Evaluate sales, costs, and profitability to deliver actionable insights
• Support FP&A management with decision-making and other financial planning activities

Requirements:

• 3-8 years of experience of Business Planning/Analysis, or Financial Planning role
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English is a plus

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in FP&A, corporate planning, management accounting, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Prior experience in P/L management, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven experience working closely with business teams
