FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

A multinational luxury retail company is looking for an FP&A Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning and analysis, deliver strategic reporting and insights, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial recommendations to support business decision-making. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly profit and loss analysis and reporting for senior management
• Prepare and monitor expense reports and coordinate with departments to track expenditure
• Analyse KPIs and financial trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Perform return analysis on project proposals and monitor investment performance
• Provide financial insights and recommendations based on business performance
• Support the preparation of the annual budget
• Own expense accounts and coordinate planning processes across departments
• Support the capital planning process
• Coordinate rolling forecasts throughout the year
• Prepare documentation and presentations for senior leadership
• Support ad hoc financial requests from Japan and Corporate teams

Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule during monthly and year-end closings
• Business level English (TOEIC 850+); fluent level (JLPT N2+)

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Hyperion, Business Objects, and JDE software
• Experience in budget planning processes
