シニアファイナンスマネージャー/ Senior Finance Manager

A multinational commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead digital finance transformation, oversee financial performance management, drive business analytics and controlling, manage parts pricing, and provide strategic finance leadership in a flexible working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Digital Transformation and AI roadmap for Finance and Controlling
• Drive automation and data analytics solutions to enable data-driven forecasting and decision-making
• Manage integrated finance data management, data provisioning, and data governance
• Maintain and enhance finance systems and tools, including SAP BW and SAC
• Drive process optimisation, automation, digitalisation, and business analytics initiatives
• Lead end-to-end financial planning, business analytics, performance management, and reporting for market segments
• Establish system-based non-financial KPI reporting linked to inventory and cash analysis
• Ensure timely, accurate, and decision-relevant financial reporting and performance analysis
• Define profitability and value creation targets and translate them into actionable KPIs
• Lead monthly closing, forecasting, and annual planning processes for Contribution Margin performance
• Partner with sales, business finance, group controlling, the CFO, and executive committees to support business decisions
• Develop and implement advanced controlling methods, processes, and business analytics solutions
• Manage parts pricing, price reviews, optimisation, analytics, and reporting
• Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing controlling organisation
• Set strategic direction and performance standards for the finance and controlling function

Requirements:

• Master's degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or a related field with a focus on FP&A, financial modelling, and data analytics
• Experience in strategic and operational financial management with extensive end-to-end business controlling experience
• Several years of experience in controlling methods, processes, systems, accounting, reporting, risk management, and diverse business models
• Experience leading business transformation and organisational scaling within complex business environments
• Business level English; conversational level Japanese
