財務アナリスト/ Financial Analyst

A global fashion company is looking for a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will oversee expense analysis, budgeting, financial controls, and business partnership across key functions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse advertising, promotional, operating, and general expenses
• Prepare financial reports and communicate insights to management
• Lead expense budgeting, forecasting, and estimate revisions
• Manage capital expenditure workflows for store-related projects
• Support monthly and annual closing while validating financial data
• Partner with marketing, commercial, and operations teams on financial planning, KPIs, and business projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (MBA is ideal)
• More than 3 years of experience in financial planning & business analysis in multinational company
• Business level written and verbal English and Japanese (JLPT N1)

Preferred requirements:

• Understanding in retail/ fashion or FMCG
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid CPA qualification
