BPCシニアアナリスト / BPC Senior Analyst

A global luxury goods company is looking for a BPC Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, planning, and internal controls to drive business growth and operational excellence. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales, margin, discounts, and returns to support business decisions
• Deliver accurate financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Coordinate sales forecasting, gross margin, inventory planning, and budget updates
• Supervise stock-taking processes and retail operations for compliance
• Support retail managers with financial insights to improve performance
• Participate in IT system upgrades and cross-functional projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business finance or accounting is ideal
• 3-5 years of experience as a financial analyst with international companies
• Experience in a complex environment (multiple legal entities or multiple reporting lines) is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and standards
• Bilingual level verbal and written Japanese and English
