会計士/ Accountant

A global pharmaceutical company is seeking an Accountant. The selected candidate will handle month-end accounting, taxation, accounts payable, asset management, and related administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages for corporate submission
• Process journals, maintain documentation, and coordinate with auditors for required reports
• Manage accounts payable, including invoice verification, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation
• Oversee asset management by maintaining registers, reconciling balances, and monitoring asset values
• Assist with taxation processes, foreign exchange transactions, and pricing information as required
• Maintain financial records, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with standard processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
