VP・シニアアナリスト/ VP-Senior Analyst

A global financial services company is looking for a VP–Senior Analyst. The selected candidate will lead credit analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement for a portfolio of Japanese corporates.

Responsibilities:

• Lead initial and ongoing credit analysis for a portfolio of Japanese corporates
• Analyse financial statements, market data, and legal documentation
• Monitor credit quality and recommend rating transitions
• Present rating rationales and lead internal committee discussions
• Produce in-depth research reports on companies and industry sectors
• Manage relationships with executives, investors, and intermediaries

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, banking, economics, or a relevant domain
• More than 10 years of analytical experience (financial institution in a credit role)
• Experience in research writing is ideal
• Possess valid CIMA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is a plus
• Bilingual level written and spoken English and Japanese
