キャッシュマネジメントチームリーダー/ Cash Management Team Leader

A global business services company is looking for a Cash Management Team Leader or Manager. The selected candidate will oversee daily banking operations, manage cash flow, and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily banking operations, including fund transfers and deposits
• Monitor cash flow and prepare forecasts to ensure operational funding
• Manage and reconcile multiple bank accounts
• Draft bank account applications and track account opening progress
• Provide expert advice on banking services and regulations in Japan
• Identify risks and recommend appropriate solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business finance or business administration is a plus
• More than 2 years of experience in the finance domain is preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level reading, written, and verbal English
