アカウントスタッフ/ Accountant Staff

A foreign energy company is looking for an Accountant Staff. The chosen candidate will be maintaining invoice records, tracking IC transactions, creating payment files, and other related duties. This is a haken and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle firms' Inter Company-related tasks and support the 3rd party process
• Ensure proper PtoP control and IC reconciliation in place with timely and accurate payments
• Maintain IC Tracking sheet to monitor new issuance, settlement, outstanding balances, FX rate, etc.
• Obtain Goods Receipt confirmation from relevant service requestors for IC transactions – PtoP control
• Create Banks payment file and upload for monthly and ad-hoc payments
• Maintain IC and 3rd party invoices in the invoice management system in compliance with the Electronic Books Maintenance Act
• Upload CSV file to the reconciliation system of credit and liability against group companies
• Interact with group companies to ensure proper match of balances

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
• Fundamental accounting background
• Ability to work with teams and independently
• Work experience in a global environment is preferred
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
