AP会計士/ AP Accountant

A renowned international education organisation is looking for an AP Accountant. The selected candidate will handle end-to-end accounts payable processing, expense reconciliation, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Process multi-currency AP invoices and payments across internal and external systems
• Maintain fixed asset records and track capital expenditures
• Reconcile and process corporate credit card transactions via Concur
• Manage vendor invoice processing and payment through Concur
• Track direct debits and purchase card transactions to ensure accuracy
• Review employee expense reports and support monthly reconciliations

Requirements:

• Experience in English accounting
• Prior experience with Concur for expense management and invoice processing
• Proven experience contributing to accounting or finance-related projects
• Knowledge with enterprise resource planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or related platforms)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Skilled in Google Workspace
• Possess valid bookkeeping (third-level) qualification
• Professional level Japanese
