AR/APマネージャー/ AR/AP Manager

A multinational power company is looking for an AR/AP Manager. The selected candidate will oversee journal entries, payment processing, system maintenance, and team management to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR/AP operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and online banking payments
• Process daily payments and receipts with corresponding journal entries
• Maintain and update AR/AP data in the accounting system
• Coordinate with the Settlements team for trade invoice processing
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve outstanding items
• Process overhead, employee payroll, and claims
• Support audits, financial closing, and working capital analysis
• Drive process improvements and handle ad-hoc duties and projects

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience, including team leadership
• Experience in general accounting and tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Professional level Japanese and English
