財務/経理スーパーバイザー/ Finance/Accounting Supervisor

A renowned technology manufacturing company is looking for a Finance/Accounting Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee finance and accounting operations, reporting, tax matters, and key business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team
• Review financial and accounting activities
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Handle tax declarations and related matters
• Support finance system implementation projects
• Provide financial support across business functions

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of accounting experience
• Experience in people management
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements
• Prior experience with SAP / SAP FICO implementation
