シニアコマーシャルファイナンスマネージャー/ Commercial Senior Finance Manager

A global shoe and accessories manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will provide strategic financial guidance, oversee commercial performance, and improve profitability across retail, eCommerce, and wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to shape commercial strategy, investment priorities, and resource allocation
• Lead performance reviews and profitability analysis across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
• Manage forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, scenario modelling, and strategic business cases
• Evaluate pricing, promotions, markdowns, margins, and channel investments to identify performance improvements
• Collaborate with commercial and supply chain teams to improve inventory productivity, working capital, and cash generation
• Champion finance transformation, process standardisation, and data-driven decision-making across regional and global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a related domain (MBA is a plus)
• 7–10 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or finance business partnering
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion, lifestyle, or omnichannel industry
• Prior experience partnering with commercial functions (retail, eCommerce, sales, or marketing)
• Proven experience supporting senior business leaders
• Background in matrix and multinational organisations
• Professional level Japanese and English
