ファイナンシャルコントローラー/ Financial Controller

A multinational energy company is looking for a Financial Controller. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations across renewable energy projects including development, EPC, asset management, and market trading support. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations for solar power and battery energy storage system (BESS) development
• Manage financials for EPC and O&M projects, including design and construction
• Oversee asset management including reporting, profit distribution, and SPC financials
• Support trading activities in Japan's electricity markets such as capacity, balancing, and FIP
• Ensure compliance with Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations
• Provide financial leadership across cross-functional teams

Requirements:

• More than 10 years in experience in financial management
• More than 3 years of team leadership experience
• Proficient in Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations
• Understanding of SPC structures
• Background in construction, engineering, or renewable energy is a plus
• Professional level Japanese and English
