ファイナンスサービスサポーター/ Finance Services Supporter

An international pharmaceutical company is looking for a Finance Services Supporter. The selected candidate will support accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and process improvement across local and global finance teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Support monthly closing and accurate financial reporting in line with global standards
• Collaborate with global finance teams and the India shared service centre on accounting processes
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Process and review transactions across accounts payable, fixed assets and cost accounting
• Improve finance processes and strengthen internal controls
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports for local and global stakeholders

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of accounting experience
• Possess valid bookkeeping qualification level 2+
• Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); proficient in English (TOEIC 600+)
