経理・財務リーダー/ Accounting & Finance Leader

An international technology company is looking for an Accounting & Finance Leader. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, tax coordination, cash flow management, and IPO-related finance initiatives while working closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Manage consolidated financial reporting, including wholly owned subsidiaries and equity-method affiliates
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Prepare statutory disclosure documents
• Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
• Coordinate corporate tax filings with external tax accountants
• Manage cash flow activities
• Handle other finance and accounting responsibilities as required
• Collaborate with the CFO and Head of Internal Audit on IPO preparation and fundraising initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience managing consolidated financial statements from the parent company perspective
• Experience coordinating corporate tax filings with external tax advisors
• Advanced level MS Office Suite
• Comfortable using AI translation tools
• Professional level Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience at a listed company or an IPO preparation company
• Experience preparing public disclosure documents
• Experience leading the accounting department of a listed company
• Possess a valid Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or U.S. CPA qualification
• Business level English
• Interest in using and improving English skills while working in a global company
