経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A renowned luxury goods company is looking for an Accounting Manager – PTP. The selected candidate will manage the team responsible for advertising, promotion, selling expenses, fixed assets, financial closing, compliance, and process improvement. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the PTP accounting team and ensure accurate, timely expense reporting
• Oversee invoice processing, expense aggregation, and journal entries for monthly and annual closing
• Review balance sheet accounts and perform financial analysis
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, group policies, and risk controls
• Prepare entertainment expense reports and support cost optimisation initiatives
• Implement digitalisation, automation, system upgrades, and continuous process improvements

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of accounting and/or controlling experience
• Experience in team management
• Excellent accounting skills
• Professional level spoken and written Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with SAP
• Possess valid Japanese bookkeeping 2nd grade or above qualification
• Possess valid US CPA
