財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global credit insurance company is looking for a Finance Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for GL accounting, regulatory reporting, tax and treasury.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting controls and assist in defining accounting policies and procedures
• Ensure accounting closing is completed accurately and on time
• Reconcile GL accounts monthly and resolve open items promptly
• Lead group and local tax reporting
• Coordinate with external parties, including tax advisors and banks
• Lead regular internal control reviews
• Ensure financial compliance and strengthen internal control mechanisms
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting
• Coordinate and support ad hoc regulatory submissions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting or Finance-related disciplines
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience related to accounting/financial reporting
• Sound knowledge of international accounting principles and procedures
• Knowledge of local regulatory accounting principles and local taxation regulations
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Recognised accounting qualifications (US CPA)
• Knowledge of general insurance accounting (both JGAAP and IFRS)
