ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned biotechnology company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead capital planning, financial forecasting, and investor relations to support long-term corporate value.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement medium- to long-term capital and fundraising strategies
• Forecast and budget finances across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons
• Establish and manage FP&A functions
• Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international institutional investors
• Develop and execute IR strategies, including disclosure materials preparation
• Craft and communicate equity stories to enhance corporate value

Requirements:

• Experience in equity finance at a listed company
• Prior experience in finance and accounting
• Proven experience in negotiating with domestic institutional investors
• Background in management as executive director or similar role at a listed company with a market capitalisation of over 100 billion yen and over 100 employees is ideal
• Prior background in a management or similar role in the industries with long commercialisation timelines is a plus
• Proven background in management as a CFO or executive at a listed company is preferred
• Proficient in English; professional level Japanese
