クレジットスペシャリスト/ Credit Specialist

An international food and agriculture company is looking for a CTC Credit Specialist. The selected candidate will manage credit risk operations, perform credit analysis, and support credit policy development to ensure sound financial decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts, including monitoring status, overdue follow-ups, and risk assessments
• Analyse credit trends and recommend decisions based on profitability, economics, and collections
• Maintain accurate records of credit data such as customer profiles and credit terms
• Prepare and distribute credit reports to support decision-making for customer and supplier accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve credit-related issues with a customer-focused approach
• Identify potential credit risks and estimate financial impact
• Contribute to credit control policy development and implementation
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements in credit operations

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• 7-8 years of experience in credit assessments
• Experience in credit assessments
• Knowledge of the Trade Practices Act and the Credit Act
• Skilled in basic accounting principles and financial statement analysis
• Proficient in AS400, MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
