IRマネージャー/ IR Manager

A renowned energy solutions company is seeking an IR Manager. The selected candidate will lead global investor relations activities, engaging with overseas investors and supporting public communications.

Responsibilities:

• Translate IR materials and press releases, including timely disclosures and financial results, into English
• Attend overseas investor conferences independently
• Participate in IR meetings with global investors and provide interpretation
• Translate social media content for international audiences
• Deliver presentations and represent the company in public settings

Requirements:

• Proven experience translating disclosure documents
• Experience in a financial institution or manufacturing company is ideal
• Work experience in an interpretation/translation firm is a plus
• English disclosure experience at a global company is preferred
• Audit firm experience involving English-language work is desired
• Interest in cryptocurrency (knowledge of Bitcoin is a plus)
• Business level English; professional level Japanese
