シニアファシリティプロフェッショナル/ Senior Facility Professional

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Facility Professional. The selected candidate will ensure operational readiness of facilities, buildings, and material handling systems to support seamless production.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect buildings, facilities, and material handling systems with a focus on energy-efficient part replacements
• Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to resolve technical issues and provide on-site support
• Oversee daily, monthly, and quarterly maintenance activities based on planned schedules
• Procure and manage goods and repair/maintenance services from external vendors
• Prepare and update validation documentation for utility systems to meet local and global compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or a related field
• More than 10 years of experience in facility-related work
• Experience in facility management and maintenance operations
• Native level Japanese; professional level English
