カスタマーサービス担当者/ Customer Service Representative
A global industrial components company is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The selected candidate will manage accounts, provide solutions, and deliver superior service to customers and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts by overseeing order-related activities through proactive customer communication
- Provide timely support to customers and distributors while cooperating closely with account managers
- Build and maintain customer relationships by promoting products and services
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across departments
- Support Salesforce-related tasks and utilise proactive tools to manage the entire order lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or a technical field preferred
- More than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience with account management and customer support
- Experience with SAP and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in computer skills, including Excel
- Native level Japanese; basic level English
